Explore the world of creating textiles and patterns through producing beautiful, rustic prints using traditional techniques of Indian block printing. The workshop provides hand cut wooden blocks which one can use to to design prints and surfaces using natural dyes.

In this workshop, one will make use of MIDI and VCV rack softwares to produce sound tracks. In this workshop one will learn how to synthesise sounds and create them from scratch. The output of this workshop will be screened on the final day of the event.

CD 2 Studio
Relief printing, a classic printmaking method, elevates the image from the printing block surface. Carving removes excess areas, leaving a raised design. Ink is applied to this surface, and paper is pressed onto it, transferring the image. This technique enables numerous reproductions while maintaining the unique, handmade essence of each print.

This workshop introduces one to the basics of the art of calligraphy and provides the student with a renewed understanding of typography and lettering.
